1. Agreement With These Terms

These terms of service form a working agreement between you and Changsha Silirong Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. whenever you use the household goods catalogue, the storefront pages, the ordering system or the care desk. Please read the whole document before you place an order or open a message, because your use of the Services means that you accept these terms.

We run our shop the way a careful household keeps its ledger. The rules here are not hidden in a back drawer. They describe how orders form, how prices settle, how parcels travel and how we each behave when something goes wrong. If any sentence reads unclearly, ask the care desk at reach@silirong.hair before you rely upon it.

We may revisit these terms from time to time. The current date at the top of the page marks the latest ruling, and your continued use of the Services after a change is published means that you accept the updated terms.

2. The Parties and Company Identity

The operator of the Services described in this document is Changsha Silirong Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd., a company engaged in the household goods trade and catalogue commerce that supports home brands. Its mailing and registered address is:

No. 80 Chehua Group, Xinyunshan Village, Guandu Town, Liuyang City, Changsha - 410000, China (CN)

The care desk can be reached at reach@silirong.hair and by telephone at +18548956691. Throughout these terms the words we, us and our refer to the Company, and the words you, your and customer mean the person using the Services or placing an order.

The Services are presented under the Silirong household goods name and were built and are maintained with the hand of the company behind them. This clarity matters because every bargain you strike here is with the Company named above, and no third party acts as your hidden seller unless a page says so plainly.

3. Eligibility to Use the Services

You may use the Services only if you can lawfully form a binding agreement under the law where you live. That generally means you are at least the age of majority in your own location, or you act with the informed consent of a parent or a legal guardian. Our shopping and order flows are meant for grown ups who make their own purchases.

When you give us a name, an address and a payment route you promise that the details are accurate and current and that you are entitled to use the payment method offered. You are responsible for keeping the details you have given us true, because a single wrong address can send a good parcel wandering.

We may decline service for honest and lawful reasons, including where an order cannot be fulfilled to our promised standard or where previous conduct has damaged the shop floor. A refusal of this kind is never made lightly, and you may always ask the care desk to explain in plain words.

4. Scope of the Services

The Services cover the running of household goods e-commerce and catalogue commerce for home brands. In practical terms we list home goods, keep storefront pages tidy, coordinate order fulfilment, arrange product photography, plan seasonal collections and staff customer care desks for the brands we serve.

We act as the operator and coordinator of these Services. For many catalogue lines we present goods on behalf of household brands, and where a page names a specific brand as the seller we say so. You should read the item page as well as these terms, because each line may carry its own notes on material, finish and care.

These terms govern your relation with us. They do not remove any right you hold under the law of your own country, and where local rules are stricter in your favour then those rules stand beside this document rather than being pushed aside by it.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order begins as a request rather than a binding contract. When you place an order you ask us to supply the listed household goods, and our acceptance of that request forms the agreement between us. We send a confirmation note when we accept, and we are not obliged to accept every order we receive.

We may decline an order where goods are out of stock, where a price error has crept into the ledger, where we can no longer deliver to the address given, or where we suspect the order is not genuine. Where we decline after payment, we refund the amount you paid for the declined line without charging you extra.

The confirmation you receive is the reliable picture of your order. If you notice a mistake in that note, tell the care desk at once and before dispatch closes, and we will correct it as soon as the ledger allows. Small wording changes do not reopen the matter of acceptance.

6. Payment and Pricing

Prices are shown on the item page on the day you order. Unless a page states otherwise, the price you see is the price you pay. Taxes, carriages and any extra duties are shown with the price where the law expects them, and we try hard not to spring hidden costs on the doorstep.

Payment is taken through a trusted payment service at the point the order is placed or confirmed, depending on the method you choose. We never ask you to share full card numbers in an email, and we do not store those full numbers in our ledger once the transaction is complete.

If by honest mistake a price published in our catalogue is plainly wrong, we are entitled not to accept an order at that mistaken price. In that case we let you know, refund any amount already paid and offer you the right price if you still wish to buy.

7. Delivery and Fulfilment

Every order follows our written path of list, order, pick, wrap and send. We pack household goods so they survive the road, hand the parcel to a carrier we trust and do our best to keep the date we promised when the order was accepted.

Delivery times are estimates rather than hard promises, because the road has weather and the carrier has its own pacing. We tell you the working delivery window plainly at checkout, and if a delay threatens that window we write to you and give an honest new date rather than leaving you guessing.

You are responsible for giving a correct and reachable delivery address. Where a parcel reaches the address you gave and cannot be handed over through no fault of ours, the carrier will follow its own sensible steps to return or hold the goods, and any repeat carriage asked because of a wrong address may fairly be charged to you.

8. Returns and Change of Mind

Household goods should fit the home, and sometimes they do not. Where the law of your country gives you a right to cancel a distance purchase within a set number of days, we honour that right fully and without turning you around at the door.

For goods you wish to return because you simply changed your mind, we ask that they come back in a saleable state with their labelling in place. We set out the practical steps for a return on the order note and through the care desk, and we refund the amount you paid once the return reaches us in the expected condition. Original carriage to you may not be refunded on a mere change of mind.

A parcel that reaches you broken, marked or missing a piece is a problem of ours, not yours. In that case we arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we do not expect you to carry the cost of putting the ledger right.

9. Product Descriptions and Condition

We describe every household line as carefully as a ledger keeper describes a good page. Material, dimensions, finish and care notes are written to be true. Small natural variation belongs to handmade and natural goods, and we mark such variation honestly where it may occur rather than hiding it.

While a bowl from the pear wood region can vary a little in tone from one run to the next, we never publish an image or a sentence that deliberately misleads about what you will hold. Colours on a screen can differ a shade from the piece at your table, and we say so where it matters.

If a line arrives and materially does not match its description, you may return it under the section on returns and we will set the matter right with a replacement or a refund. Your legal rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods stay fully with you.

10. Your Account Conduct

Where the Services let you hold an account, you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your sign in details safe, do not pass them to another person, and tell us without delay if you think your account has been used without your say so.

You promise that the information you place on your account is yours and is true, and that you will refresh it when it changes. A single customer account should speak for one household, and using several accounts to dodge a fair rule of the shop is not welcome here.

We guard your account with the same care we guard our own ledger. If we see activity that looks like mistake or mischief on your record, we may stop that activity while we look into it, and we will explain our steps to you in plain words.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services for honest shopping and honest enquiry only. You must not interfere with the running of our pages, overload the ordering system, scrape the catalogue wholesale to drain our work, or write scripts that pretend to be a real customer queuing at the bench.

You must not use the Services to spread unlawful, harmful or deceptive content, to attempt to reach another persons records, or to tamper with prices, stock or order lines. Attempting such acts is a breach of these terms even when the attempt fails.

Breach of these rules may lead us to refuse an order, to close an account or to report the matter to the proper authorities. We prefer to guide rather than to punish, but the safety of every household on our page weighs heavier than any single misstep.

12. Content and Intellectual Property

The words, images, page designs and catalogues of the Silirong household goods Services belong to the Company or to the brand partners who licence the content for the shop. Nothing in these terms hands you ownership of that content; you may look at it and may save a copy for your own private shopping use.

You may not copy the catalogue wholesale, rebuild our storefront look, trade under our name or use our marks in a way that would make a reasonable person think you stand in our place. We are glad when you share a good piece by word of mouth, and such honest sharing is not the copying these terms forbid.

Comments and messages you send us remain yours, and you grant us a modest licence to use them to improve and run the Services. We will not put your private words on public walls without first asking your leave.

13. Your Promise to the Care Desk

Our care desk works hard to answer every message in plain words and within one working day. When you write to the desk, you promise that your message is yours and that it does not threaten, abuse or mislead the people who answer it.

If you send us proof about a delivery, a return or a fault, you promise that the proof is genuine. Honest shopkeeping rests on honest customers, and a false claim about a missing parcel is a wrong against every household that pays its own way.

We meet good faith with good faith. Where a doubt arises we look at the ledger line, the packing note and the carrier record together, and we settle the matter fairly rather than leaning on the side of profit.

14. Faults, Loss and Service Limits

Nothing in these terms removes the rights you hold under the law of your own country, including rights about goods that are faulty, misdescribed or not of satisfactory quality. For household goods we give you, our total responsibility for a loss is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Where the law of your country allows, we are not liable for losses that are not a reasonable and foreseeable result of a breach of these terms, such as lost profit, lost opportunity or wasted household time. We are likewise not answerable for events beyond our reasonable control, including storms, strikes, borders and carrier delays.

Our care desk will always try to set a genuine problem right even where the strict letter of a limit might excuse us, because a good shop measures itself by how it treats the household at the door, not by how cleverly it can say no.

15. Your Indemnity to Us

To the extent the law of your country permits, you agree to stand behind us for harm that flows from your own misuse. You will indemnify the Company against reasonable losses, costs and claims that arise because you broke these terms or because you used the Services unlawfully.

This promise does not spare us from our own responsibility. We only ask you to answer for the part that is genuinely yours, and we do not use this clause to walk away from faults we caused at our own bench.

If a claim of this kind arises, care desk records and the order ledger may be needed to show what happened. We will cooperate fairly and will not turn the incident into a quarrel at your expense.

16. Availability and Changes to Services

We keep the shop open as steadily as we can, but no ledger runs through every storm without a pause. From time to time pages may be closed for care, restocking or refreshment, and we give notice where it is practical to do so.

We may add, rest a catalogue or retune a storefront as the household seasons turn. Where a promised seasonal collection is held back or closes early, we say so honestly and give you a clear path to ask again or to step back from an order still waiting.

A right you already hold under an accepted order is not swept away by a later change to the Services. We do not use scheduled upkeep to wriggle out of an open bargain.

17. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time, and for a single customer you may ask us to close an account and to act on the records in line with our privacy policy. No charge is levied for the simple act of stepping away.

We may suspend or end your access where we have honest grounds, including a repeated breach of these terms or conduct that endangers other customers or the shop itself. Before we end an order or an account for cause, we tell you the reason in plain words and we give you a fair chance to set the matter right where that is possible.

Once your use ends, the rules that are meant to survive an ending survive it. Those include the sections on payment, liability and the resolution of disputes, which keep a fair order even after the last parcel of the season has gone.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are read together with the law that applies in the country and region where the Company is established, being the People Republic of China and the region near Liuyang, without affecting any mandatory right you hold under the law of your own country.

We hope every dispute can be settled talking first. Before either side turns to a court or to another formal route, we ask that you write to the care desk at reach@silirong.hair and give us a fair chance to put the matter right. Most household hard words settle far more gently across a desk than across a courtroom.

Where a formal step is still needed, the dispute falls under the jurisdiction that the governing law identifies, while your own home protections stay available to you where the law says they do. Nothing in this clause stops you from raising a matter with a consumer authority in your own country.

19. Entire Agreement and Severability

These terms, together with the order notes and any page that is expressly joined to them, form the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the Services. They replace scattered earlier chats about the same matter, so that the ledger holds one clear record.

If any sentence of these terms is found unenforceable by a court, that sentence is cut away alone and the rest of the agreement keeps working. A single loose ruling does not tip over the entire shelf.

Where we speak of you in these terms we cover each person who uses the Services, and where we count a customer we count every household the way a neighbour would, with good faith on both sides of the page.

20. Waiver and Assignment

If we fail at one moment to insist upon a term, that quiet moment does not mean the term is given away. A right is waived only when it is waived in clear writing, and every later claim stays fully alive.

These terms bind you and us and those who lawfully stand in our places. We may pass the running of the Services to a company that steps into our shoes, and we will then hand over the ledger ledgers only where the new keeper honours the same promises owed to you.

You may not pass your place under an order to another person without our agreement, because household delivery and promises are personal to the one who bargained for them.

21. Contact for These Terms

Questions about an order, about a season or about these very terms all meet the same open door at the care desk. Ask freely, and a real member of the team will answer in plain words.
